Ypatec ("we", "us", "our") provides end-to-end AI and web engineering services. This page explains what information we collect through this website, why, and how you can control it.
Information we collect
Contact details you provide directly: when you book a free consultation or email us, we receive whatever you enter into that form — typically your name, email address, and the details of your inquiry.
Booking data: consultations are scheduled through Zoho Bookings, embedded on this site. Zoho processes that booking on our behalf and is subject to its own privacy policy, which we encourage you to review at zoho.com/privacy.html.
Basic technical logs: like most websites, our hosting provider automatically logs standard request data (such as IP address, browser type, and pages requested) for security and performance purposes. We do not use this data for advertising or behavioural tracking.
Cookies & tracking
This site itself does not set first-party analytics or advertising cookies, and we do not run any third-party analytics or ad-tracking scripts.
The only cookies you may encounter are set by the Zoho Bookings widget, and only after you open the booking modal — these are governed by Zoho's own cookie policy, not ours.
How we use your information
We use the information you provide solely to respond to your inquiry, schedule and conduct consultations, and — if you engage us — deliver the agreed services. We do not sell your data or share it with third parties for marketing purposes.
Data retention
We keep correspondence and booking details only as long as reasonably necessary to respond to your inquiry or fulfil a service engagement, or as required by applicable law (for example, accounting obligations).
