Consultations & bookings
The "Book a Free Consultation" feature schedules an introductory call via Zoho Bookings. Booking a call does not create any payment obligation or binding service agreement; that only happens once both parties agree to and sign separate engagement terms.
Intellectual property
The content, design, and branding of this website belong to Ypatec unless otherwise noted, and may not be copied or reused without permission. Ownership of code, data, and deliverables produced under a paid engagement is governed by that engagement's own contract, not by these website terms.
